Services may include, depending on the engagement:

- assistance coordinating the collection of civil status and identity documents;
- support with notarization, legalization, apostille, translation, and courier arrangements;
- coordination with third-party service providers, including notaries, translators, couriers, and local administrative contacts;

- general relocation support and process coordination;

Unless expressly stated in writing, Services do not include legal representation before any court or tribunal, nor do they guarantee approval of any immigration or residency application.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Immigration and residency decisions are made solely by the applicable government authorities and third parties outside our control.
We do not and cannot guarantee:
- approval of any residency, visa, permit, or related application;
- processing timeframes;
- issuance of documents by government offices;
- favorable decisions by any authority;
- acceptance of documents by third parties or authorities;
- uninterrupted access to any third-party system or service.
You understand that any estimates provided are informational only and are not binding guarantees.
4. Client Acknowledgments
By engaging the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and timely information;
- you remain responsible for the content of all applications, forms, declarations, and supporting documents;
- you must review all documents before signing or submitting them;
- you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your country of residence, nationality, and destination;
- you understand that delays may occur due to government backlogs, document expiration, translation issues, or third-party processing;
- you are responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice where needed.
5. Scope Limitations
Unless specifically included in a signed written agreement, the Services do not include:
- legal representation in court or administrative proceedings;
- tax advice;
- investment advice;
- guarantees of immigration eligibility;
- police record expungement or record-clearing services;
- preparation of false or misleading documents;
- services that would violate any applicable law;
- services outside the written scope of engagement.
We may decline any instruction that appears unlawful, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with our professional standards or business policies.
6. Fees, Retainers, and Payment Terms
6.1 Fee Structure
Fees will be disclosed in a quote, invoice, retainer agreement, or service package description. Unless otherwise stated:
- fees are charged in USD;
- third-party disbursements are separate from professional fees;
- additional family members, add-on services, or expedited requests may incur extra charges.
6.2 Retainer
Where a retainer is required, the retainer secures time, availability, onboarding, document review, coordination, and administrative work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- services begin only after the retainer is paid in full and the engagement is accepted;
- retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been reserved for your file;
- any unused portion of a retainer will be handled according to the written engagement terms, if applicable.
6.3 Third-Party Costs
You are solely responsible for all third-party expenses, including without limitation:
- government filing fees;
- apostille and legalization charges;
- notary fees;
- translation fees;
- courier and shipping fees;
- bank or wire transfer charges;
- document procurement fees;
- photocopying and certification costs.
6.4 Currency and Conversion
If payment is made in a currency other than USD, conversion will be calculated at the exchange rate applied by our payment processor or receiving financial institution, plus any applicable bank or processing fees.
6.5 Late or Failed Payments
We may suspend Services if payment is overdue, reversed, disputed, or declined. Any collection costs, chargeback fees, or recovery expenses may be charged to you to the extent permitted by law.
7. Documents, Validity, and Reprocessing
Certain government-issued or legalized documents may have validity limits for submission purposes. Where a document expires or becomes stale before use:
- you are responsible for replacement or reissuance costs;
- we may charge an additional coordination or reprocessing fee if substantial extra work is required;
- we are not responsible for delays caused by document expiration, late submission, or changes in government requirements.
Any timing guidance we provide is only an estimate and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate identity and background information;
- respond promptly to requests for information or documents;
- provide originals when required for notarization, apostille, or filing;
- safeguard your own original documents and keep records of what is provided;
- notify us immediately of any change in contact information, legal status, marital status, address, or family composition;
- verify all materials before submission;
- cooperate in good faith throughout the process.
If you provide false, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information, we may suspend or terminate the Services.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
We may coordinate with third-party providers, including but not limited to notaries, translators, courier services, local agents, accountants, banking contacts, and administrative assistants.
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- we do not control third-party services;
- we are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, delays, errors, or failures;
- third-party providers may have their own terms and fees;

14. Non-Circumvention and Partner Protection
Where we introduce you to third-party partners, vendors, service providers, or referral contacts, you agree not to knowingly bypass us for the purpose of avoiding fees, disrupting existing business relationships, or misappropriating our introductions, provided that this clause does not restrict your right to choose independent professionals or obtain services directly where permitted by law.
Any non-circumvention obligation must be reasonable in scope, duration, and subject matter and shall apply only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services if:
- you fail to pay fees when due;
- you provide false or misleading information;
- you fail to cooperate;
- you request unlawful conduct;
- continued work would expose us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
- the relationship has broken down and continued service is not reasonably possible.
You may terminate the engagement by written notice, subject to payment of all earned fees, completed work, third-party expenses, and any non-refundable retainer amounts stated in your engagement agreement.
16. Refund Policy
Refunds, if any, will be governed by the written engagement agreement and invoice terms.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing:
- completed work is non-refundable;
- third-party fees are non-refundable;
- retainers is non-refundable once work has commenced;
- partial refunds, if any, are discretionary and based on work performed and costs incurred.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
Whether you are a consumer or a business user:
We do not exclude or limit Our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents, or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a business user:

19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParaguayResidencies.com, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your false or misleading information;
- your misuse of the Services;
- your violation of any law or third-party right;
- any documents or instructions you provide that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government shutdowns, strikes, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, public health emergencies, internet outages, banking interruptions, postal disruptions, or acts of third parties.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Paraguay, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Any dispute shall first be addressed in good-faith written negotiations. If unresolved, the parties may submit the matter to mediation or the competent courts of Ansucion, Paraguay, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or agreed in a signed written arbitration clause.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed retainer, invoice, engagement letter, privacy notice, and written service package description, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services, unless superseded by a later signed written agreement.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
